The first three problems

The three most common pre-contract-database problems companies face:

  1. “Our contracts are fragmented across the business so we can’t find anything”.
  2. “We keep missing key dates in our contracts” (most of which won't appear as concrete dates so they need calculating one-by-one).
  3. “We have no way of making sure the right people see the right contracts so the legal team is a bottleneck”.

You probably have hundreds of other places that poor contract visibility is costing you. But it is a stone-cold guarantee that you won’t solve them until you solve these ones first, however important they may be.
