When you refer a business to Nomio and they become a paying customer:
Referrers: Anyone can refer a new customer to Nomio, with a few exceptions.
You cannot participate if:
Referred customers: The business you refer must be genuinely new to Nomio. They can't be an existing customer, a former customer, in the same corporate group as an existing or former customer, or someone we're already in active discussions with. "Active discussions" includes (for example) where Nomio has already had inbound or outbound contact with the business, scheduled or held a demo or meeting, sent a proposal or pricing, or created an opportunity in our CRM.
Sharing your link: You'll receive a unique referral link to share. When you share it, you're doing so on your own behalf - not as our representative. We won't contact anyone on your behalf. You must comply with all applicable marketing/privacy laws when contacting people about Nomio (including UK GDPR and PECR, and any similar laws that apply to you). You should only share your link with people you know, who you have permission to contact, and who would expect to hear from you, and you must keep evidence of any permissions/consents you rely on.
Tracking: We need to know about the referral at the point of introduction. A referral must be made using your unique referral link. If we're already in active discussions with a business before they use your link, they won't count as your referral.
First referrer wins: If multiple people refer the same business, we'll reward whoever referred them first as determined by our records.
Expiry: Referrals are valid for 6 months. If the referred customer doesn't sign within 6 months of their introduction, the referral expires and the £1,000 reward will not be payable.
Payment: Your £1,000 reward will be sent via our payment partner, Tremendous (a US-based company). To process your payment, we'll share your name and email address with Tremendous so they can email you a link to claim your reward. We and Tremendous will each handle your personal data in line with our own privacy notices, and international transfers will be protected using appropriate safeguards. If you don't provide the information needed to process payment, we may withhold or delay payment. Any fees charged by Tremendous or your chosen payout method are your responsibility, and unclaimed rewards expire 6 months after Tremendous send the claim email.
Disclosure: You must tell anyone you refer that you'll receive £1,000 from Nomio if they become a customer.
Accuracy: You're not authorised to make promises, representations, or commitments on behalf of Nomio.
Compliance: Your participation must not breach your employer's policies or any other obligations you have. You must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, sanctions laws, and marketing/privacy laws. You must not offer or give anything of value to improperly influence anyone to subscribe to Nomio, and you must tell us if the referral involves a public sector body.
Indemnity: You are responsible for your communications and conduct. You will reimburse Nomio for any losses, claims, fines, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) it suffers as a result of your breach of applicable laws and regulations.
Tax: You're responsible for any tax obligations arising from your reward.
Our discretion: Nomio has final say on whether a referral qualifies. We may withhold, delay, set off, or recover reward if: (a) the referred customer's contract ends within 6 months after their start date; (b) the referral involved fraud, misleading statements, spam, or improper conduct; (c) you breach these terms or any applicable laws and regulations; or (d) we have compliance concerns (including anti-bribery, sanctions, or public sector rules)..
Not an agency: This programme doesn't make you our employee, agent, or partner. You have no authority to act on our behalf or make commitments for us.
Changes: We may change or end this programme at any time, and changes will apply from the date we post them. Referrals properly submitted before the change or end date will be honoured under the version in force at the time of submission, provided all eligibility and payment conditions are met within the 6-month referral validity period.
Other arrangements: This programme is separate from any Nomio partnership, reseller, or affiliate arrangements.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
