The three most common pre-contract-database problems companies face:
- “Our contracts are fragmented across the business so we can’t find anything”.
- “We keep missing key dates in our contracts” (most of which won’t appear as concrete dates so they need calculating one-by-one).
- “We have no way of making sure the right people see the right contracts so the legal team is a bottleneck”.
You probably have hundreds of other places that poor contract visibility is costing you. But it is a stone-cold guarantee that you won’t solve them until you solve these ones first, however important they may be.
