Why we include unlimited users

Every important business relationship appears in a contract. Business relationships happen all over the place: customers, suppliers, partners, employees, shareholders. Therefore contracts touch every part of a business.

This means that a large proportion of people at any company will be involved with contracts in some way. However, only a small proportion of those people will be contract power users.

Under per-user pricing, most companies would only pay for the power users and leave the lowly peasants at the mercy of a miserable SharePoint setup.

This makes no sense to us. A contract database is so much more valuable when everyone is involved. Let everyone self-serve the contracts they need and get emails notifying them of key dates and the information bottleneck is gone.

That suits us since more customer value = more retention. It’s also much easier for us to manage.

So rather than have you juggle user licences, we just give you as many as you want.
