Well, there was a lot of stress. At Raven it’s a very small team, it’s myself and my manager. There’s a lot of admin work. We had like a spreadsheet, it had so much information, it was a little bit slow. We do tend to let renewal dates slip. We have a third company, Procurement Assist, they sometimes take over doing the tenders. If we didn’t have to do all the admin stuff, potentially we could kind of get rid of them and do all the tenders ourselves because we would have the time.

Nomio is a lifesaver. We have so many systems on Raven, what we use, like our finance ones and they are so complicated, it takes ages to learn. Where Nomio, it’s literally two minutes and I got it. It’s simple, it’s effective. I can literally just go on, check. We’ve got, I think, four or five contracts renewing, and I’ve just sent them out, and now I have more time. I have started the tendering process, I took on a project myself.

I would just say give it a go, you never know until you try, obviously it works for me. You don’t have to put a lot of effort into it, it’s kind of already done.

You can just kind of get on to day to day life with work. And you just have to really take a big time for training. If you take Microsoft Office, for example, the search function, they’re not very good. I personally love how obviously it’s a really good system, but it’s so simple.
